TechnoDex Berhad, a MSC-Status company, is a leading eBusiness Enabler in the region. Built on Open Source technology, our TechnoDex® Platform enables quick development of new vertical solutions and an extensive range of IT services catered to all industries. Heng Ling Jy, a Malaysian, aged 42, is the Managing Director and Group Chief Executive Officer of the company. She graduated from the University of North Florida, USA with a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Science and a Master of Business Administration in 1992 and 1994 respectively.
She commenced her career with BTI Services, Inc in Florida, USA as a Analyst Programmer where she was engaged with between 1991 and 1994. She also worked with Solsis (M) Sdn Bhd as a Business Consultant between 1995 and 1999, in which she was involved in the strategy development and implementation of products and services for the Kulim High tech Park project. During her engagement with the company, she was also the Project Leader for software development projects for University of Malaya, Ministry of Domestic Trade & Consumer Affairs and FPG Oleochemicals Sdn Bhd. In 2000, she served as an IT manager with IP Technology Sdn Bhd where she helped drive the company’s technical strategies.
In 2001, she joined TechnoDex Solutions Sdn Bhd. She also oversees the day-to-day operations of EvoDex Solutions Sdn Bhd.
Su Shin Cheow, a Malaysian, aged 36, is the Chief Technology Officer of the company. He graduated with the first class honour in bachelor of electronics and communication engineering from the University of Liverpool.
He currently manages and oversees the technology in the company. Apart from the daily managing of the technology aspect of the company, he provides technical consultancy to the customer. He has developed various cost effective and large scale solutions to the customer with the aim to reduce the operation cost and maximum the revenue.
Even after 15 years of doing technical work, he is still very much hands-on in solving technical problem for the customer. He likes the challenges of solving the large and complex technical problem.
Salina Mohamed Mustafa @ Mohamed Isa, a Malaysian aged 39, is our Professional Services Director focusing on Project Management and delivery. Puan Salina graduated from University of Hull, England with a Bachelor of Law (Honours) in 1995.
Salina specializes in eGovernment Services Project and Implementation starting with the ePerolehan project since the year 2000. Salina headed the Change Management team who was instrumental in the success of the ePerolehan roll-out for Phase 1 and 2 throughout the pilot sites and obtaining the buy-in from the agencies for nationwide roll-out.
Recently Salina headed the project team in the successful implementation of the PRISM project (Property Information System Malaysia) for the National Property Information Centre (NAPIC) for Phase 1 nationwide rollout.
Salina currently has 6 project teams under her consisting of Project Managers, Business Analysts, Team Leaders and also developers; all responsible in delivering multiple projects in a quality, timely and efficient manner. These project teams are well versed in all the SDLC (software development lifecycle) and are capable of handling more than one project at the same time.
Thomas Hii Tung Siong, a Malaysian aged 41, is our Research and Development Director focusing on Technology Research and Technical Training. Mr Hii graduated from University of Western Australia, Australia with a Bachelor of Science (Information Technology and Mathematical Statistics) in 1993.
Mr Hii has been designing software systems for over 18 years. He started his career in 1993 as a core developer of Broker Front End system for KLSE. In 1996, he lead a team to successfully implement the first java based trading system for OSK Securities Bhd. In 2000, he worked as a core architect of Biztone Financial System in delivering the world first java based ERP system that supports application as a service business model in Singapore. He returned to Malaysia in 2004 to build the security module for ePerolehan system. From 2007 to 2010, he managed the offshore development company in China.
Recently, Mr Hii headed the technology department. He oversees the technology upgrade and enhancement, software development improvement process and development of training programs.
Kerk Han Meng
Executive Chairman
Kerk Han Meng, a Malaysian, aged 38, is the Executive Chairman of the Company. Mr. Kerk was appointed to the Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director on 12 January 2009. On 11 May 2011, he was re-designated as the Executive Chairman of the Company. He is also a member of the Remuneration Committee of the Company.
He graduated from the University of Southern Queensland, Australia with a Bachelor of Business in Marketing in 1994. He has extensive corporate, management, business development, marketing and international trading knowledge. He is also a director of several private limited companies involving in various industries such as polymers, petrochemicals, textiles, property development and related activities.
Heng Ling JY
Managing Director and Group Chief Executive Officer
Heng Ling Jy, a Malaysian, aged 42, is the Managing Director and Group Chief Executive Officer of the Company. She retired as an Executive Director at the Company’s Sixth Annual General Meeting held on 29 December 2009. However, she as subsequently appointed as the Managing Director and Group Executive Officer of the Company on 6 April 2011. She is also a substantial shareholder of the Company.

Koo Teck Seong
Independent Non-Executive Director
Koo Teck Seong, a Malaysian, aged 38, is an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company and was appointed to the Board on 11 May 2011. He is also the Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of both the Remuneration and Nomination Committees of the Company.
He graduated from the Wichita State University, Kansas USA with First Honor Degree in Industrial Engineering in 1996. He joined his family business, Ah Luck Tiling Sdn Bhd, which involved in various tiling, property construction and has seen served in various capacities. He is also a director of several private limited companies involving in amongst others, media and information technology, construction and financial consultancy, management and project management.
Steven Wong Chin Fung
Independent Non-Executive Director
Steven Wong Chin Fung, a Malaysian, aged 44, is an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company and was appointed to the Board on 11 May 2011. He is also a member of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee of the Company.
Mr. Steven Wong Chin Fung graduated with Bachelor of Law in the University of Melbourne. He was admitted to his private legal practice since February 1991.
