Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer

Lee Siew Tat, a Malaysian, is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and was appointed to the Board on 10 September 2003. He is also a substantial shareholder of the Company.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer from the Campbell University of North Carolina, USA in 1993. Upon graduation, he commenced his career as a software engineer with Software Alliance (M) Sdn Bhd. In 1995, he joined Samling Strategic Corporation Sdn Bhd as an analyst programmer, and was involved in developing enterprise resources planning (ERP) systems for the group of companies. In 1997, he joined the Shin Yang group of companies as its management information system manager where he continued his involvement in the development of ERP systems. IP Technology Sdn Bhd. He was subsequently promoted to become the assistant Chief Executive Officer in the following year. In 2002, he joined the NTT Data Malaysian branch as a project manager where he became involved in managing various e-Government flagship projects. He was involved in the strategic issues and research and development since the establishment of TechnoDex Solutions Sdn Bhd in 2001. In 2003, he left NTT Data and joined TechnoDex Solutions Sdn Bhd.

He has no family relationship with any Director and/or substantial shareholder of the Company except for he is a Director and Shareholder of NLJ Resources Sdn Bhd, a substantial shareholder of the Company. He does not have any personal interest in any business transaction with the Group.
