Independent Non-Executive Director

Kerk Han Meng, a Malaysian, is an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company and was appointed to the Board on 12 January 2009. He serves as the Chairman of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee.

He graduated from the University of Southern Queensland, Australia with a Bachelor of Business in Marketing in 1994. He has 15 years of extensive corporate, management and marketing knowledge and experience in various industries involving textile, polymers, property related activities as well as international trading.

He has no family relationship with any Director and/or substantial shareholder of the Company and does not have any personal interest in any business transaction with the Group.
