• Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, tasks and workflow analysis.
• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: (Functional requirements (Business Requirements Document), iii. Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs).
• Utilize your experience in using enterprise-wide requirements definition and management systems and methodologies required.
• Work independently with users to define concepts and under direction of project managers.
• Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans.
• Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
• Serves as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the software development team through which requirements flow.
• Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates, using English language.
• Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
• Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any of these fields: Engineering; Business; Law; Marketing; Statistics and in Computer/Information Science/Systems
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field. Fresh graduates will also be considered
• Ability to communicate complex technical contents plainly and simply whether written or spoken
• Strong consulting & account management skill, flexible and resourceful
• Strong technical analysis and design skills
• Working experience with open source technologies would be an added advantage
• Preferably with knowledge in leading edge technology such as Java, JSP, Serviets
• Interpersonal sensitivity and customer responsiveness
• Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment

Responsibilities:

Designs, develops, and implements web-based Java applications to support business requirements. Follows approved life cycle methodologies, creates design documents, and performs program coding and testing. Resolves technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Requirements:

• Developing server-side code for internal and external web applications.
• Writing unit tests, automated regression tests and tracking defects as they occur.
• Supporting and assisting customers from around the globe using our products to further their businesses.
• Building and improving Open Source Java components

• Has experience in java programming in the area of web and database application
• Experienced in using the open source technology (e.g. Spring, MyFaces, JBoss, PostgreSQL and etc)
• 0 to 5 years of working experience

Responsibilities:

• To prepare and finalise monthly management accounts and group consolidate accounts.
• To assist Finance Manager on ensuring internal controls to ensure adherence to group policies and procedures
• To assist on managing the Group's account payables, account receivables, and clients' accounts and to solve or highlight to management when there is problematic.
• Liaise with Bankers, Auditors and Tax agents.
• Other assignment that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• LCCI Higher and / or related professional qualifications
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar capacity
• Experience in preparation of full set of accounts
• Knowledge in QUICKBOOK accounting system will be an added advantage
• Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a healthy relationship with existing customers
• Providing sales and administrative support to the sales and pre-sales teams
• Preparing monthly, weekly or daily sales analysis
• Preparing invoice, agreements and sales reports
• Updating the status of sales in the CRM
• Collecting, analyzing, evaluating and accounting the information in order to increase productivity of sales
• Monitoring the trends and evaluating the performance assessed against monthly sales goals
• Promoting the facilities of the organization to fresh and existing customers through a proactive approach
• Coordinating and responding to all request of internal meetings
• Assisting in the implementation of sales strategy as prepared by the Sales and Pre-Sales teams
• Attending network and promotional events to develop and maintain contact with potential clients and professional bodies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 2 - 3 year experience in relevant Sales field
• Excellent verbal & written communications skills, presentation skills & interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, resourceful, sales oriented and result driven with knowledge of customer relationship management and strong drive to achieve sales target.
• Good in analyst skills
• Strong presentation, sales, negotiation and influencing skills
