TechnoDex Bhd was accorded with the Mesdaq Category Winner of Malaysian Business – CIMA Enterprise Governance Awards 2009.

The Award confers due recognition for excellence in corporate governance where Public Listed Companies listed on the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) are evaluated in terms of their corporate governance value. The Award gives recognition to listed companies that demonstrated excellence in corporate governance practices as well as their return on equity as a measure of enhancing shareholder value.
